'Thor 2' Director: Alan Taylor Apparently Selected to switch Patty Jenkins, Kenneth Branagh

Third time's a charm? According to Deadline, Alan Taylor remains selected by Marvel to direct 'Thor 2.' The television veteran replaces Patty Jenkins who left and/or was possibly removed after you have creative versions while using studio. Jenkins, most broadly known for your indie film 'Monster' with Charlize Theron, was cautious dominate the franchise for Kenneth Branagh. Taylor has limited experience just like a feature director, but his television credits are unmatched. He's helmed cases of 'Game of Thrones' (a factor that may prove helpful for just about any Thor movie), 'Boardwalk Empire,' 'Bored to Dying,' 'Deadwood,' 'Lost,' 'The Sopranos' as well as the pilot episode of 'Mad Males.'
